The Account Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer support, coordinating orders, and ensuring smooth operations within the Operations department. This role requires communication with both domestic and international clients and other locations. The position is office-based and involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and collaborating with internal teams to meet deadlines efficiently.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide customer support via email and telephone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Act as the point of contact for customer inquiries and orders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and order details.
  • Process and manage customer orders. Create nomination in our system and sending reports after fulfillment, including data entry into the internal system.
  • Forward requests to Inspection Coordinator and Laboratory
  • Learning to coordinate and organize tasks to ensure efficient order processing and adherence to deadlines.
  • Learning to monitor order progress and proactively communicate with clients regarding status updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics and operations, to optimize workflow and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Handle additional administrative and operational tasks assigned.
  • Continuously update knowledge and skills within the field.
  • To always respect and protect company and client confidentiality.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to operational excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • A background in chemistry or related industry experience is beneficial (e.g., CTA, chemical laboratory technician, chemistry student) but not mandatory.
  • Experience in an office environment is beneficial
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus.
  • Strong PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
