We are looking for a new Account Coordinator to join our team. Your job will consist of interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products or services and to handle and resolve complaints.
Responsibilities:
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers’ problems.
- Confer with customers by phone or e-mail to inquire about available freight, extract possible opportunities and present to Account Rep.
- Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess the validity of complaints and to determine possible causes.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
- Spot quoting for lanes.
- Booking/Asking for freight.
- Acquiring/Starting/Keeping up relationships with customers.
- Updating/Dispatching loads.
- Providing tracking updates to customers.
- Working out issues with customers and shippers/consignees.
- Closing out loads on customer portals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- Comfortable working Mon-Fri, 14:00-22:00h; 15:00 – 23.00h or 16.00 - 00.00 (US working hours) from Skopje or Strumica office.
- Ability to use computers and computer systems, to process and verify information, and to resolve conflicts or negotiate.
- Attention to Detail – The job requires being careful about detail and completing work tasks thoroughly.
