Job Summary: 

Our Account Coordinators are responsible for supporting Account Managers to meet client needs with general focus on transactional tasks through following processes and workflows. Typical job responsibilities for our Account Coordinators include the following:

  • Issue certificates / evidence of insurance, ID cards, binders (where appropriate) and MVRs if applicable

  • Input and update policy information in EPIC and ensure accuracy

  • Send applications / submissions to carriers at account managers direction

  • Assist account managers in preparing proposals, loss summaries, schedules of insurance and other relevant spreadsheets/reports

  • Follow up with underwriters for policies, endorsements and change requests

  • Respond to clientinquiries, incoming mail, and company request needs on a timely basis

  • Scan and/ or attach all e-mails, applications, certificate/evidence of insurance requests, faxes and other correspondence received in EPIC and ensure accuracy of client data

  • Handle vehicles change requests from insureds and dealers

  • Handle on-line endorsement/ application processing

  • Adhere to EPIC system agency business processes and workflows

  • Perform other responsibilities and assignments to meet business needs
