POSITION TITLE: Account Coordinator

We currently have an opening for Account Coordinator. The position will be a hybrid role in Burbank, CA.

ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating day-to-day order management, overseeing order processing, and other client-specific operations. With a strong focus on attention to detail and collaboration, you will respond effectively to unforeseen challenges and ensure operational processes run smoothly. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor and evaluate day-to-day order-management tasks related to title releases.
  • Manage order queue and responsible for timely order processing.
  • Create and distribute secure access to theatrical engagements through KDM processing.
  • Create and analyze reports to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond effectively to unforeseen challenges and ensure operational processes aren't hindered in the face of evolving circumstances.
  • Creation of work orders and bookings in proprietary workflow system.
  • Review and schedule work orders and projects to adhere with client SLA’s and operational capacities.
  • Email management and effective communication with internal and external partners. Maintain professional and positive working relationships with internal studio representatives to maintain information flow.
  • Knowledge and understanding of multiple client needs and workflow nuances.
  • Lead and adhere to workflows and procedures and remain up to date with changes.
  • May be requested to work additional or off hours due to flux in business or client needs.
  • Special projects/other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Collaborative team player with strong focus on teamwork.
  • Proficient in managing information across diverse tech platforms.
  • Reliable, flexible and skilled at multi-tasking, work effectively under pressure and possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, inventory, order processing, project management, and database software's.
  • Strong analytical skills to solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Efficient in managing time and tasks effectively.
  • Strong desire for continued learning.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to remain professional in high stress situations.
  • Solid technical understanding of the post-production industry a plus.

This role is based in Burbank, CA and the base pay range for this role is $50,000.00 - $56,000.00 annually. Actual amounts will vary depending on education, skills, experience, and geographic location.
