We're the agency other agencies benchmark against — and we hire people at the start of their careers and train them into affiliate specialists, not people who already know the job.
The roleYou'll be the operational engine of a client's affiliate program. Affiliate marketing is a channel where brands pay publishers like content sites, review sites, deal communities, creators, and loyalty apps a commission for driving sales. Somebody has to recruit those publishers, get them live, keep the program clean, and turn the numbers into decisions. That's you.
This is a learning role by design. You'll start by executing well-defined tasks, and you'll finish your first year able to speak intelligently about program strategy, network capabilities, and partner economics.
What you'll actually doGrow the partner base
• Research and recruit affiliate partners that fit each client's vertical and audience
• Onboard new partners: applications, terms, creative access, first-placement setup
• Keep partner communication moving — outreach, follow-up, and day-to-day questions
Keep programs healthy
• Run quality and compliance checks on partner activity and flag anything off-policy
• Handle transaction inquiries, reconciliations, and batch uploads
• Process commission rate adjustments and program updates in-platform
Get assets live
• Build and deploy text links, banners, and promo codes
• Draft and schedule partner newsletters and program announcements
Turn data into direction
• Pull performance data and build recurring reports
• Track partner performance against vertical benchmarks and surface growth opportunities and underperformers to your manager
Learn the strategy layer
• Join client calls to support live operations
• Shadow Affiliate Managers on strategy development, network capabilities, and partner optimization
Where this goesCoordinators who perform typically move to Associate Affiliate Manager, taking ownership of their own client programs and strategy. You'll have a documented development plan and a named manager responsible for it.
What we're looking forYou do not need a degree, and you do not need affiliate marketing experience. We hire career-changers, recent grads, and people coming from adjacent work with strong experience in a customer service.
You'll do well here if you:
• Are organized enough to run many small tasks across multiple client accounts without dropping any
• Are comfortable in spreadsheets: sorting, filtering, pivot tables, spotting when a number looks wrong
• Write clearly and professionally to people you've never met
• Ask questions early instead of guessing
• Are genuinely curious about how brands and publishers make money together
Helpful, not required: prior exposure to Impact, Rakuten Advertising, Awin, ShareASale, CJ, or Partnerize; internship or coursework in digital marketing, e-commerce, or analytics; experience in customer service, account support, or any role where you managed a queue.
