Essential Key Responsibilities/Job Summary:
- Responsible for end-to-end processing of usage adjustment and cancellation requests in BOLT, Rev Cloud and Apttus systems.
- Review the usage adjustment/cancellation request to determine what is required to accurately perform the adjustment/cancellation in the respective billing system.
- Detail oriented - Required to review adjustments request for completeness and accuracy, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Agent must work well with other D&B internal teams, support team, account receivable team and sales representatives.
- High proficiency in D&B contract types and D&B billing systems to determine the correct course of action needed on each request.
- Responsible for reviewing and securing proper level of approval for all cancellations and adjustments.
Education/Experience and Competencies:
- College degree preferred, 2 years in accounting, customer service or related experience.
- Strong mathematical skills and proficient with Excel, MS Office and SFDC
- Strong problem-solving skills in a financially oriented, fast paced, and complex environment.
- SFDC experience is mandatory.
- Proven oral and written communication skills, ability to use tact and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external customers.
- Ability to explain complex issues and situations.
- Ability to manage a high-volume queue of usage adjustments and know how to prioritize and complete work in an accurate and timely manner.
- Accountable to meet deadlines and goals as an individual and function as a contributor in a team environment, flexible to work overtime and weekends at month end to meet closing schedules.
