The Source One Department is a Sales Service department for flooring and installation projects (turnkey services). The Account Coordinator II is a Salary Non-Exempt position that serves as the primary contact between customers, sales, and manufacturing for turnkey flooring projects. This role involves managing projects from start to finish, ensuring high service levels in terms of quantity, quality, and customer interaction.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Project Management: Build project proposals based on quotations received; manage those projects
Troubleshooting: Resolve project issues efficiently with assistance of Supervisor, when needed
Order Processing: Handle customer orders, subcontract labor, and coordinate installation
Data Entry: Use various computer programs for data management
Payment Processing: Manage installer payments
Project Tracking: Track, report, and reconcile projects
Responsiveness: Promptly responds to all communications from customers, installers, and internal teams
Logistics: Ship, track, and expedite material shipments
2+ years Experience with customer service, sales, or construction project management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A 2 or 4-year college degree is preferred but not required
Must pass pre-employment drug screen
