As Account Coordinator, Client Success – Ad Serving, you will be working in a truly generalist position focused on our premium Steaming adserver, SpringServe. The largest Streaming publishers and TV manufacturers in the world use SpringServe to power and manage the monetization of their CTV apps.

In this role you will:

  • Help clients achieve success and grow their business by migrating new clients and understanding a client’s business thoroughly

  • Educate clients on Magnite's platforms and general ad tech

  • Collaborate with clients to determine their optimal Magnite platform setup while developing a strong understanding of each client’s business

  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues in a client’s set up

  • Assist team members with reports and data analysis

  • Interface with clients on a daily basis, responding to their questions 

  • Serve as an advocate for customer success by communicating client needs to our internal Product team

We’re looking for someone with:

  • BA/BS degree, required

  • Some experience in customer support and/or ad operations; preferably in digital video, and CTV in particular

  • Basic knowledge of video advertising (including CTV), SQL, Python, and Pandas (a plus)

  • Experience providing technical support for clients of a SaaS platform

  • A client-service mindset and a desire to make clients successful on our platform

  • Analytical, project management, and troubleshooting skills to solve clients’ technical problems

  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills to discover clients’ root issues and to navigate solutions with them

  • A self-starter mentality and an eagerness to work autonomously in a dynamic team environment

In Colorado, the base salary range for this position is: $30.00 - $32.50 per hour in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
