This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

The Account Support Specialist directly supports Account Delivery Manager/s in their role of a direct client contact position. Supports successful delivery of all high value and in- scope contracted services across all involved service delivery businesses. Contributes to meeting performance goals and cost commitments. The Account Support Specialist assists customer engagement to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, also through providing support on planning, controlling and managing customer projects. Develops expertise and practical knowledge on external customer relationship. Acts as subject matter expert by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts. Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.

Job specifics/responsibilities:

• Works with a pool of Account Delivery Managers on one/multiple Accounts; supports or leads the fulfillment of Account related tasks
• Acts as a SPOC, coordinates and communicates with Account/s team members, technical project staff, back-office administration teams and all other relevant counterparts to ensure the processes are followed and all the required activities within agreed Account contract are done as planned
• Supports the management of Account related financials: prepares reports, analysis, presentations and does required budget tracking; reports data/ progress to Account Delivery Manager/s
• Participates in set Account specific meetings & delivers required inputs, if applicable
• Manages first level stakeholder relationships
• Effectively and proactively supports Account Delivery Manager in risk management activities
• Communicates with external HPE customers and vendors
• Supports efforts to plan, sell and implement solutions to customer problems
• Applies understanding of customer at local & country level to analyze delivery requirements & contribute to customer strategic business plan
• Identifies incremental revenue opportunities through ONELead Program
• Develops customer operational relationship
• Supports expense/cost target commitments for all service delivery requirements; implements & monitors expense control
• Participates and contributes to account business reviews
• Applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues
• Assists account business goals are met for all in scope services across signed contract/s; helps out in identifying & analyzing gaps & implementing corrective action plans
• Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action
• Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations
