We’re looking for a full-time Account-Based Marketing Specialist to plan and execute multi-channel and high-touch ABM campaigns for key target accounts across our global account and industry focus. This role will be part of a new team based in Barcelona and will be a hybrid role. 

You will join our global ABM Center of Excellence team and be responsible for implementing impactful 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns that generate new pipeline, accelerate key deals or expand existing customer relationships. 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Partner directly with ABM managers globally to gather account insights and support campaign builds, messaging and assets aligned with account priorities. 
  • Be a core part of our ABM Center of Excellence team, implementing our overarching ABM strategy and embedding our best practices at scale 
  • Build and execute multi-channel 1:1 ABM campaigns for key target accounts 
  • Build and execute multi-channel 1:Few ABM campaigns into key target regions and industry verticals 
  • Support the development of our global ABM program that aims to expand the reach and engagement within strategically important retail and consumer brands 
  • Collaborate and work with the Business Development and Growth Sales teams on creating high impact, high velocity campaigns for key accounts and verticals 
  • Execute deep account research across key target accounts and opportunities to ensure bespoke and tailored messaging approaches 
  • Provide campaign reporting support for ABM managers on key performance indicators across multiple channels 
  • Convert 1:Few campaigns into lightly personalized 1:1 campaigns to drive resonance, engagement and pipeline from priority accounts 

What we’re looking for: 

  • Some experience in B2B marketing, preferably within software/ SaaS and a degree in Marketing. 
  • Analytical: Undertake deep account research from multiple internal and external sources, and distil insights into a clear, joint vision between the account and RELEX. 
  • Multi-Channel Strategist: Conceptualize, create and monitor multi-channel campaigns (advertising, email, direct mail, and direct outreach) with a single account focus. 
  • Rapport Builder: Quickly establish collaborative relationships across the revenue teams.  
  • Creative Thinker: Create compelling messages tailored to the nuances of each account. 
  • Growth Mindset: Passionate about trying new approaches. Proactive in seeking out new ways of adding value. Help to embed a culture of continuous learning within the ABM team. 
  • Diligence: Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and continuously improve based on new insights. Deliver campaigns on time, and within budget. 
  • Marketing Technology Savvy: Experience with tools for Marketing Automation, Customer Relationship Management, Digital Advertising, or Account Based Marketing. 

 

What we consider as a bonus: 

  • Experience working with tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Salesforce, INFLU2, and 6sense 
  • Experience working within an international team 
  • Understanding of supply chain and retail planning 
  • Good understanding of B2B SaaS/Tech marketing 
  • Additional language skills (Polish, French, Italian) - we expect you to be fluent in English.
