About the Position:
Cologix is looking for an experienced Account Based Marketing Manager to drive our ABM strategy and implement campaigns and tactics. This role will advance existing opportunities as well as generate new opportunities within targeted accounts. This person will play a major role in enhancing awareness, driving engagement and acquiring leads/customers within targeted accounts. They will also lead segmentation work to identify future targets. This role will work closely with the Marketing team, Sale representatives and other functions that support revenue generation for Cologix.
What you do daily:
- Develop, implement and optimize our ABM campaigns across North America
- Create and implement lead generation and pipeline acceleration programs by planning, organizing, and executing marketing programs for target accounts
- Develop creative marketing campaigns by account, use case or industry, as needed, for target accounts
- Investigate target market pain points
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of ABM initiatives. Optimize programs based upon reporting and other data
- Understand trends and insights. Use this information to optimize leads and the lead lifecycle as well as spend and performance
- Improve marketing effectiveness by identifying opportunities through more effective audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes
- Lead the development of content and messaging to support the pursuit of targeted companies
- Work closely with Sales reps on status of targeted accounts, how to accelerate account progress and existing opportunities within targeted accounts
- Deliver training and tools to our sales team to help them be more efficient and effective, including educating Sales on how to utilize data to improve the efficiency of opportunity pursuit.
What makes you a good fit: (Qualifications)
- 5+ years experience in B2B tech marketing and account based marketing with functional experience in digital marketing, lead generation, social media marketing
- Expertise in data center, digital infrastructure or B2B high tech industries
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing account based marketing initiatives, including planning and executing campaigns
- Hands-on experience in executing multi-part event and lead generation programs
- Experience identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage and inform targeted contacts
- Knowledgeable of content marketing and inbound marketing to generate more qualified leads
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing including web, SEO/SEM, social media, display advertising and retargeting
- Familiar with the technical sales cycle and can strategically use marketing communication to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and leveraging this tool to accelerate leads and opportunities
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Hubspot
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Ability to prioritize requests and manage multiple projects simultaneously and according to deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in account based marketing and related technologies and platforms
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and collaboration with key internal stakeholders
- Thrive in a cross-functional, collaborative environment in which you work with a variety of people to be successful. Willing to take direction from colleagues and to operate as a team
