We’re seeking an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to drive the execution and optimization of our global ABM strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and scale our ABM programs, directly contributing to our revenue goals by aligning closely with sales and marketing stakeholders.
- ABM Program Management: Execute and optimize global ABM campaigns using 6sense, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing strategies to drive account engagement.
- Data Management & Segmentation: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify key accounts and ensure precise segmentation for targeted campaigns.
- Campaign Automation & Optimization: Build, deploy, and refine ABM campaigns within 6sense, using data insights to continuously monitor performance and improve tactics.
- Reporting & Analytics: Measure and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights on account engagement, pipeline impact, and ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and consistent governance and best practices.
- Technology Management: Manage ABM tools and processes, ensuring data cleanliness, updating suppression lists, and maintaining system governance.
- Educate & Support: Provide training and support to internal teams on ABM best practices and tools, staying ahead of emerging trends and evolving strategies.
- Budget Management: Track budgets and ROI for all ABM programs, delivering monthly pacing reports and recommendations to optimize spend.
- 5+ years of experience in account-based marketing, B2B marketing, or a related role.
- Expertise in CRM systems and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Marketo), and ABM tools like 6sense.
- Proven experience collaborating with sales teams to execute joint marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Adaptable and responsive to the fast-paced, evolving marketing landscape.
