POSITION SUMMARY
Performs supportive duties for the Risk Management Call Center, including taking reports from customers, clients, and employees
of the organization, so that Risk Management occurrences may be processed.

Performs supportive duties for the Risk Management Call Center, including taking reports from customers, clients, and employees
of the organization, so that Risk Management occurrences may be processed.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Receives calls and reports related to occurrences of roadway accidents, property damage, equipment damage, workers' compensation, hazardous materials, and citizen complaints.
Maintains Risk Management databases, including contact information for claimants and vendors. Processes Risk Management correspondence to appropriate involved parties as needed.
Escalates accident information to appropriate personnel in accordance with established procedures.
Administers accident processes including police contact, drug/alcohol screening, information intake, driver and equipment hold, engine control module download.
Escalates non-standard and serious accidents to claims/legal, carries out instructions as directed. Researches, compiles, and tracks reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
Processes accident related payments and logs financial information in occurrence records.
Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with others.
Receives and carries out instructions.
Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
