About the opportunity 

Join our IT Division as an Access Management Specialist in the UK to make a real impact every day. We say that because we know that every conversation we have, every code line we write and every interface we design is another opportunity for us to enrich our customers’ experiences. 

You can work fully remote in this position, provided you have eligible working rights, and you are in a time zone with enough overlap to collaborate with your team. 

Access Management Specialists have the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Analyze user access needs and determine access levels required
  • Set up and maintain user profiles, roles and access rights in the system
  • Monitor and log access activities to identify any unauthorized access attempts
  • Implement and manage access controls, including password policies and two-factor authentication
  • Perform regular audits to ensure that access rights are in line with job roles and responsibilities
  • Work with the IT and security teams to investigate any security breaches related to unauthorized access
  • Provide training to users on access management policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to access management processes, policies, and controls
  • Recommend and implement improvements to access management processes and systems

What would make me a good candidate?    

  • Proven work experience as an Access Management Specialist or similar role in IT security
  • Knowledge of access management principles and technologies
  • Experience with access management software
  • Strong understanding of IT security protocols and data privacy regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • BSc degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
