Job Description
Sutherland is seeking for Access Management specialist with English to join our fast-growing team. If you possess previous IT background and want to make a career out of it, Sutherland is the place for you!
In this role you'll:

Perform account administrative functions to set up system and in house application accounts and apply appropriate security access;

Interact directly with internal business users and maintain the highest degree of customer service;
-
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and standards;
-
Work with I.T. management to complete periodic reviews of user access and segregation of duties for the I.T. organization;
-
Adhere to stated SLA’s and ensuring high standards for quality regarding user access management;
-
Resolve access related issues;
-
Communicate tactfully and effectively both verbally and in writing and maintain effective work relations;

Make sure that KPI’s are met;
-
Provide excellent service to the users and assure Customer Satisfaction.
Our most successful candidates will have:

Ability to clearly understand the problem statement;
-
Familiar of OS (Windows 7, 10) and networking;
-
Advanced knowledge in windows domain concepts, Active Directory, and terminal services;

Ability to troubleshoot logically;
-
Advanced knowledge on Internet Browsers, Remote Desktop & Active Directory.
