In Buenos Aires (Argentina) we are looking for an Access Key Account Manager.

Ferring+You

Responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with the company's key clients (Payers, Wholesalers & Public Ministries), ensuring customer engagement and business growth.

Your day at Ferring

- Develop and execute specific account plans for each key customer.

- Monitor and analyze account performance to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in key accounts.

- Act as the primary contact point for all inquiries and negotiations with key clients.

- Participate in regular meetings with clients to review performance and discuss new opportunities.

- Work together with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies.

- Contribute to the development of pricing strategies and commercial proposals.

- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with key clients ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions.

- Stay updated on market trends, competition, customer needs and upcoming tenders.

- Prepare periodic reports on the status of key accounts and the results obtained.

- Handle necessary steps for product inclusion within payers and ministries.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or similar roles in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

- Knowledge of CRM.

- Access experience.

- Payer portfolio knowledge.

- Experience in products inclusion.

- Local mobility is mandatory.
