The work location requires working onsite with our clients and partners or in our offices and delivery centers to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

Here’s what you need:
Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree
Anticipated graduation date (at the time of application) of December 2025 through August 2026
Accenture is looking for candidates with a variety of backgrounds including General Management, Data & Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations, Technology, Finance, Marketing, and Industry.
Bonus points if you:
- 3 – 5 years of industry or relevant work experience prior to pursuing your MBA degree
- Know you still have a lot to learn and are willing to be a lifelong learner
- Have genuine interest and desire to learn about emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI) and their ability to reinvent the way our clients work
- Have a passion for problem solving and possess strong business and financial acumen
- Can apply industry and/or functional knowledge in a consulting context to help clients with valuable insights and solutions
- Demonstrate client-readiness and feel comfortable leading workshops, asking others for input and telling stories in a presentation style
- Have skills in data analytics and ability to abstract insights to hypothesize on big picture themes
- Have a professional proficiency using Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Have comfort working with visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau,)
- Comfort working with programming languages (R, Python, Julia, SQL)
