Accelerator Senior Product Designer
Location: Paris, France
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Three days from office and two days from home)
About the Role
As a Senior Product Designer within our Commercial Accelerator team, you will shape intuitive, scalable digital healthcare experiences used at global scale, working embedded in product teams to design end-to-end solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

You will be embedded within a product team and collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers and CX partners to design end-to-end user experiences that balance user needs, business goals and technical feasibility.

What You’ll Do
Design end-to-end experiences for digital products and platforms
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data and Research teams inside agile environments
Contribute to product discovery, ideation and delivery activities
Translate complex user and business needs into simple and intuitive experiences
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs
Present design rationale clearly to stakeholders and product teams
Contribute to UX consistency, design quality and scalable experience foundations
Support research and testing activities when needed
Help teams stay focused on delivering meaningful user outcomes
Contribute actively to collaborative product and design discussions
About You
Strong experience in Product Design, UX or Interaction Design
Portfolio demonstrating strong UX, interaction and visual design craft
Experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams
Comfortable working in agile product environments
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to bring clarity and structure to complex or ambiguous topics
High attention to detail and quality
Experience with modern prototyping and design workflows
Fluency in English
Nice to Have
Experience designing AI-enabled or data-driven digital products
Experience in healthcare, pharma or regulated environments
Familiarity with design systems and scalable product ecosystems
Interest in service design, innovation or product discovery practices

The salary range for this position is :€48,000.00 - €64,000Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
