As an Acceleration Center Banking Implementation Project Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness within our Technology Consulting practice. You will work closely with clients to analyze customer service processes, identify pain points, and develop strategies to enhance service delivery, increase customer satisfaction, and drive loyalty. Your guidance will be instrumental in implementing customer service technologies, designing service models, and fostering customer-centric service cultures.
As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to recognize when to take action and when to escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams contributes to the success of our firm. Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation of banking solutions to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Analyzing client needs and developing strategies to streamline processes and improve productivity
- Guiding teams in the design and execution of customer service models to enhance customer experiences
- Providing strategic advice on customer service technologies to increase satisfaction and drive loyalty
- Collaborating with clients to identify pain points and develop solutions for service delivery optimization
- Utilizing business process management and modeling techniques to drive process improvements
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client operations
- Coaching and motivating teams to solve complex problems and deliver quality results

- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support project success and client satisfaction
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
