Oversees all department research studies. Manages daily operations. Monitors staff performance. Ensures compliance with regulations. Contributes to budget planning and conducts monthly tracking and monitoring of projected to actual. Contributes to strategic planning. Coordinates research activities. Maintains high standards of quality and efficiency. Supports the overall goals of the department. Develops policies and procedures for biobehavioral research. Identifies new ways to recruit research participants. Pay Range:
$92,227.20 - $171,537.60Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)

Skills Required
