Hiring Range: $221,000 and $268,000

Please note that the final offer may vary within this range based on a candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.

Qualifications

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology
  • Experience managing high-volume cataract cases
  • MD or DO degree and qualify for a Massachusetts medical license
