Im neuen Innovationszentrum am Standort in Wiesloch/Walldorf arbeiten Teams aus allen Ingenieurdisziplinen an der Neu- und Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte. Kurze Wege, eine offene, kreative Atmosphäre und die hervorragend ausgestattete Arbeitsumgebung lassen im Austausch der Experten einzigartige Lösungen entstehen. Hier wird nicht die Befestigung der unteren Zierleiste optimiert, sondern unter Anwendung vielfältigster Technologien der Nutzen unserer Maschinen für unsere Kunden gesteigert.
Ihre Aufgaben:
Dies kann beispielsweise sein:

eine Konzeptarbeit für ein neuartiges mechatronisches System inklusive Patentrecherche, Simulation und Vorversuchen
-
die Entwicklung oder Überarbeitung bestehender Baugruppen und Getriebe am CAD
-
das Beauftragen und Testen von Prototypen im 3D-Druck an einem Prüfstand im Labor respektive an einer Versuchsmaschine
-
die Produkteinführung und Serienbetreuung von Maschinenkomponenten
Mit diesen Angeboten wenden wir uns vor allem an Studierende der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau mit besonderem Interesse am Entwickeln und Konstruieren mechanischer und mechatronischer Baugruppen. Neben überdurchschnittlichen Studienleistungen legen wir Wert auf gute Kenntnisse der Grundlagen wie Technische Mechanik, Maschinenelemente und Konstruktionslehre. Je nach Aufgabenstellung sind vertiefte Kenntnisse in Mechatronik, Verfahrens-, Simulations- oder Versuchstechnik hilfreich. Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie selbständiges, engagiertes und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten sind für uns selbstverständlich. Die Themen können ab sofort bearbeitet werden. Die Dauer der Arbeit orientiert sich an der jeweils relevanten Studienordnung.
