Einsatzbereich | Abschlussarbeit im Bereich Modellierung und Simulation hydromechatronischer Systeme

Bestens gefordert |Hydro-mechatronische Systeme sind hydraulische Kreise, in denen Kreiselpumpen, Ventile und Sensoren in Regelkreise eingebunden sind, um flüssige Medien gezielt zu fördern, umzuwälzen oder zu verteilen. Auf dem Markt existieren diverse Softwarelösungen, mit denen die Modellierung, Simulation und Optimierung von hydro-mechatronischen Systemen durchgeführt werden können.
Kern dieser praxisnahen Abschlussarbeit ist die Evaluierung der Modellierungssprache Modelica sowie der Simulationssoftware Dymola (und/ oder Ähnlichen) unter den folgenden Aspekten:
- Modellierung und Simulation hydro-mechatronischer Systeme, von den einzelnen Komponenten wie Kreiselpumpen & Ventilen, bis hin zum vollständigen hydraulischen Strang bzw. Kreis
- Code-/ Bibliotheks- bzw. Anwendungs-Generierung
- Benchmark bestehender Modell-Bibliotheken
- Systemgrenzen und Einbindbarkeit in IIoT-Umfeld mittels vorhandener Schnittstellen für In- und Output: bspw. Einbindung von Messsignalen/ Daten, Austausch von Modellen (FMI = Functional Mock-up Interface) etc.
- Nutzergerechte Darstellung bzw. Aufarbeitung der Ergebnisse
- Möglichkeiten zur Effizienzsteigerung bspw. hinsichtlich Handhabbarkeit, Minimierung Modellierungsaufwand etc.
Perfekt vorbereitet | Sie sind Studierender (m/w/d) der Fachrichtung Regelungstechnik, Mechatronik, Verfahrenstechnik, Maschinenbau oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang. Sie verfügen über gute analytische Fähigkeiten, eine hohe Eigenmotivation sowie eine selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise. Idealerweise haben Sie bereits erfolgreich mit Modelica/ Dymola oder ähnlichen Tools gearbeitet, und besitzen Programmierkenntnisse. Zudem haben Sie gute Deutsch- und/ oder Englischkenntnisse.
