Service Representative Position
Act as this position, you will be able to adapt ASML 3C value, Care, Collaborate and Challenge on your jobs, which is to act upon business requirement, compliance and consistency. You will work directly together with country stakeholders, and follow up all topics relevant to time tracking, such as policy change, payroll update or anything around time registration as country SME.
Role & Responsibilities
Support global time tracking operation and management
Mainly focus on Korea time tracking expertise
Country change request management and follow up
Closely communication with country stakeholders, such as country HR, C&B, ER, CS, Payroll team/vendor and Advisory/Operation team within ABS People Operation
Support documentation, communication and all relevant activities, such as info session, new feature delivery and new hire orientation
Continuous improvement towards current application
Education and Experience
Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related discipline
1-2 years of relevant HR service experience or related experience
Highly collaborative with communication & influencing skill as well as stakeholder management
English is mandatory, and Korean would be plus

Excellent analytical skills
Good communication and logical thinking
Be proactive and aggressive
Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Power Tool
