How you’ll make an impact
You conduct legal research and provide analysis on business-related topics.
You support the implementation and maintenance of compliance programs.
You contribute to corporate governance processes and best practices.
You provide legal guidance on business law, ethics, and integrity matters.
You help identify and mitigate potential conflicts of interest.
You draft, review, and support negotiation of contracts and legal documents.
You ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
You collaborate with internal teams to resolve legal challenges.
You stay updated on changes in legislation and regulatory requirements.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
Your background
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law.
You have knowledge of business law and legal practices.
You understand compliance programs and corporate governance principles.
You are able to conduct legal research and provide practical advice.
You are familiar with conflict of interest management.
You have strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
You communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
You have experience working under pressure and understand the responsibility of the role.
