Zendesk’s award-winning marketing team is looking for a highly collaborative, hands-on Senior Campaign Marketing Specialist. Reporting to the Group Manager, EMEA Campaigns, you will be responsible for executing integrated marketing campaigns for the EMEA region across the entire customer lifecycle - from demand generation to expansion and retention. This role will involve liaising between EMEA Field Marketing, Global Campaigns and xDR teams as well as close collaboration with cross-functional marketing and shared service teams.

What will you be doing?
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, content, email, social and events) driving awareness, lead generation & pipeline
Develop and own end-to-end program management, tracking campaign performance and providing actionable insights through regular reporting and dashboard reviews
Work with Regional Field Marketing teams and extended go-to-market teams to drive regional campaign adaptation, execution and adoption
Collaborate with the Global Campaigns team and peers from other regions on scaling existing programmes in EMEA, as well as represent regional perspective and feedback on the global initiatives
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and best practices
What are we looking for?
BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business or related field
4+ years of marketing experience in a fast-paced environment, international and/or SaaS experience preferred but not essential
Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
Exceptional project management and prioritisation skills, managing multiple timelines with different stakeholders
Analytical mindset, with experience using data to inform decisions and optimise campaign performance
Customer-focused with enthusiasm & empathy to help businesses improve how they engage with their customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong eye for detail
Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
