Benevity is the way the world does good, providing companies (and their employees) with technology to take social action on the issues they care about. Through giving, volunteering, grantmaking, employee resource groups and micro-actions, we help most of the Fortune 100 brands build better cultures and use their power for good. We’re also one of the first B Corporations in Canada, meaning we’re as committed to purpose as we are to profits. We have people working all over the world, including Canada, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and more!

As an ABM Manager at Benevity, you will own and drive our 1:1 and 1:few account-based marketing programs for high-value target accounts. In this role, you will bring campaigns to life by designing tailored content, direct mail, digital experiences, and targeted event moments that guide key accounts through the pipeline. You’ll serve as a vital cross-functional connector, collaborating with Content, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Events, and Marketing Operations to deliver unified strategies that fuel Benevity’s growth and purpose-driven mission.

What you’ll do

  • Design and execute tailored 1:1 account campaigns, including customized assets, landing pages, direct mail, and outreach sequences

  • Run quarterly 1:few multi-channel programs targeting key buyer personas across priority market segments

  • Leverage AI tools like Claude to scale personalized outreach efficiently without sacrificing quality

  • Partner closely with Account Executives on joint account selection to prioritize high-value targets effectively

  • Build outbound sequences in HubSpot, collaborating with Marketing Operations to route engaged contacts to BDRs quickly

  • Track account-level engagement in real time, alerting BDRs to funnel movement so outreach happens with optimal context

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Content, Product Marketing, and Digital teams to align messaging and channel strategy

  • Co-create targeted event strategies with Event Managers for tradeshows, Benevity's flagship conference, and custom gatherings

  • Monitor performance metrics, pipeline generation, and account penetration, presenting quarterly insights to sales leadership

  • A/B test messaging, channels, and sequence designs continuously to optimize campaign performance and conversion rates

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience executing multi-channel ABM programs, ideally within Enterprise SaaS or B2B software environments

  • Strong capability to translate strategic sales account plans into actionable, high-impact marketing campaigns

  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams like Content, Product Marketing, and Events

  • Hands-on proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms, specifically Salesforce and HubSpot

  • Experience with or interest in leveraging growth technologies like Clay and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

  • Analytical mindset with a track record of measuring account engagement, pipeline metrics, and campaign ROI

  • Collaborative communication skills with an ability to build strong alignment across sales and marketing teams

  • Adaptability, creative problem-solving skills, and curiosity to explore new automation tools and personalized strategies

  • Shared enthusiasm for inclusion, collaboration, and driving positive social impact through tech-enabled solutions
