The ABM Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing account-based marketing campaigns that engage high-value target accounts and drive qualified pipeline. You'll own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle from account selection and messaging through multi-channel execution, measurement, and optimization — working closely with sales, BDRs, and marketing to turn priority accounts into revenue.
Principal Responsibilities:
ABM Strategy & Execution
- Support the development and execution of the company's ABM strategy.
- Define and maintain Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and target account lists.
- Build media plans and execute through direct and agency relationships.
- Manage personalized, multi-channel campaigns (including email & digital advertising) designed to engage key decision-makers within target accounts.
- Establish and maintain Marketing Qualified Account (MQA) criteria and account progression stages.
Marketing Technology & Data
- Manage ABM platforms such as 6sense and Hubspot systems.
- Create and maintain dynamic account segments and audience lists.
- Monitor account engagement, intent data, and buying stages.
- Ensure data quality and account enrichment across marketing and sales platforms.
Sales & Marketing Alignment
- Partner with Sales to prioritize target accounts.
- Design and monitor the lead-lifecycle through sales handoff until qualified pipeline.
- Deliver account insights, intent signals, and engagement reports.
Campaign Management & Operations
- Design, implement, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including awareness, demand generation, and lead qualification programs.
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and best practices for deliverability and performance.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 6-7+ years of experience in Campaign management, Demand Generation, or ABM preferably in a B2B Tech/SaaS environment, cybersecurity, and/or highly regulated industries such as financial services and government.
- Experience with ABM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, Demandbase, 6sense, or comparable).
- Hands-on in-platform experience running LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, including building, optimizing, and reporting on paid campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and lead management process (MQL, SQL, SAL, etc.)
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate qualified pipeline
- Strong analytical, reporting, and project management skills.
