Main Responsibilities

Work closely with creative and media agencies to craft stellar engagement plans for Axe and Dove to be unmissable in culture

Lead innovation mix development and project network for multiple markets through close collaboration with cross-functional teams (R&D, CMI, Supply Chain, etc.) to create a strong consumer-centric mix

Support core brand communications, with key focus of ensuring the brand’s superiority is landed in-market through the lens of its brand communication idea and tonality

Manage the business across multiple markets by ensuring delivery of brand strategy and close, regular collaboration with local partners to drive best-in-class campaign execution and business management

Analyze retail data, brand performance data and consumer data to inform strategy and proactively identify issues and opportunities for growth

Monitor and review the effectiveness of project implementation in each market to propose corrective actions

Manage budgets across various project workstreams
Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification
-
Bachelor’s Degree.
-
2 years+ in Brand Building/Brand Development in FMCG (below 3 years are welcome if have related working experiences to deliver Marketing (Brand) project(s))
Skill

Able to demonstrate their deep sense of creativity and logic, ambition, organizational and analytical skills, a head of figures and great instincts but also creative excellence, along with a desire to get stuck in and make things happen through their can-do-attitude.

Good project management skills, high numeracy and data analysis for insight development

A passion for brands, be able to demonstrate the Unilever behavior and champion the consumer, shopper and customer in everything they do. A sense of curiosity is key in understanding the people we serve at a deeper level.
