Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented ABAD Senior System Administrator to join our team! In this role you will get to design, develop, and maintain multi-site communications networked infrastructure hardware. This position is located at Ramstein Air Base, Germany (International Assignment) *NO REMOTE WORK**
What You'll Be Doing:
Manage account creation and account administration on physical and virtual machines.
Analyzes, troubleshoots, and resolves system hardware, software, and networking issues.
Conduct virtual machine builds on physical server stacks.
Document and maintain servers, create monitoring reports and logs, and ensure functionality of systems.
Install and administer Windows and Linux servers.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related professional or associate's degree with 7+ relevant work experience or 10+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
IAT Level II certification required (CompTIA Sec +, etc.)
5 + years of experience in a System Administrator role
Experience with virtualization
Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux
Experience with routers, switches, and firewall configuration
Understanding of STIG, SCAP, and RMF requirements
Secret clearance is required
