Cortica is looking for an Applied Behavior Analysis Associate Site Manager to join its growing team!
In this role, you will support the ABA Site Manager by assisting in overseeing the ABA Supervisors (BCBAs), and ABA Assistant Supervisors, providing clinical guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. This role ensures optimal program performance by supervising other ABA clinical team members as needed and optimizing program utility and growth.

What will you do?
- Provide direct supervision to ABA Supervisors (BCBAs) and/or ABA Assistant Supervisors offering clinical guidance, coaching, professional development opportunities, and performance feedback.
- Supervise Behavior Interventionists (BIs), as needed for coverage.
- Meet productivity expectations for billable hours and exceeding the targets, as needed, to support the growth of the program (e.g. ABA Assessments, ADOS, Supervision, Parent Training, etc.).
- Interview and select ABA candidates for the program.
- Work collaboratively with the ABA Site Manager and provide support and partnership with the following program needs:
- Provide oversight and guidance for any clinical programs for the site including early intervention programs, social skills groups, summer camps, etc. and liaise with clinical operations team to support the program launches and ongoing success
- Support the Quality Assurance of the site’s ABA program through supervision in the field, on-site supervision, report reviewing, and other means as needed
- Ensure a steady growth rate for the ABA program through monitoring of key performance indicators, achieving budget growth targets month over month, by ensuring ABA hiring and downstream patient referral targets are consistently met for the site.
- Demonstrate a robust understanding of ABA operations and proficiently manage the overall ABA program to ensure its success.
- Manage expectations for the ABA team and ensure capacity utilization is optimized
- Ensure a great onboarding experience for new ABA team members, providing training and support through partnership with the Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, and HR teams
- This position is 100% in person and requires a daily on-site presence at your assigned Cortica site to support the clinic as member of the on-site leadership team in all aspects of emergency procedures and safety initiatives.
We’d love to hear from you if:
- You hold a current and unrestricted certification from the BACB as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- You bring 5+ years of working knowledge of ABA practice and experience working with children diagnosed with Autism in home, school, community and/or group settings.
- You are Quality Behavioral Solutions (QBS) Certified.
- You hold a Safety Care Certification (sections 1-5 and sections 6-7 as needed per payer requirements).
- You have knowledge of HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information.

The base pay range for this opening is $94,782.61 to $123,217.39. According to your skill level, relevant experience, education level, and location, you will receive compensation that fits appropriately within the range.
