Job Purpose

Support the Area Sales Manager in achieving sales targets, managing distributor operations, and driving market growth within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Manage and develop distributors to ensure effective product distribution.

  • Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and market coverage.

  • Lead and coach sales representatives and field sales teams.

  • Execute trade marketing and promotional activities.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.

  • Build strong relationships with key customers, retailers, and wholesalers.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews.

  • Identify opportunities to increase sales, distribution, and market share.
