We need an English-fluent Graphic Designer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Create visually compelling designs for a variety of marketing materials, including digital and print assets such as social media graphics, website banners, email newsletters, infographics, presentations, brochures, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.
- Understand project requirements and target audience to ensure that design solutions meet marketing objectives and resonate with the intended audience.
- Use industry-standard design software and tools to bring creative ideas to life and produce high-quality designs that are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions from stakeholders to refine designs and achieve the desired visual impact.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and best practices, and proactively share new ideas and design innovations with the team.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure that design assets are delivered on time and meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers or photographers, to coordinate the production and delivery of printed materials or custom visual assets.
- Maintain an organized library of design assets, ensuring that files are appropriately named, categorized, and easily accessible for future use.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across various mediums.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in Central Time Zone
Preferred
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry or dealership marketing is a plus
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $900- $1075 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
