We need an English-fluent Marketing Coordinator, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Drive collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment with broader business objectives and timely execution of initiatives.
  • Develop high-impact marketing content, including presentations, newsletters, blog posts, and promotional assets, aligned with brand strategy and growth goals.
  • Strategize and oversee social media presence, including content calendars, posting cadence, and audience engagement to increase visibility and brand authority.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies for continuous improvement and ROI growth.
  • Oversee the organization and enhancement of marketing assets, databases, and contact lists to ensure campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to inform positioning, identify opportunities, and guide decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in a marketing role with ownership over campaigns, content, or strategy.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and executing marketing initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience in strategic implementation of marketing and communications strategies.
  • Experience with outreach campaigns.
  • Targeted campaigns both digital and print.
  • Highly writing skills and creative approach.
  • Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to translate goals into effective plans and deliver results with minimal oversight.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Canva or similar platforms is an asset.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive, brand-aligned voice.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and accountability.

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,200 - $1,800 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
