We need an English-fluent Senior Graphic & 3D Motion Designer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end creation of high-impact visual assets for commercials, short films, music videos, branded content, and marketing campaigns.
- Conceptualize, design, and produce 2D and 3D animations, motion graphics, and cinematic sequences using industry-standard tools.
- Develop storyboards, visual narratives, and production-ready assets for multimedia projects, including songs, advertisements, and cross-platform campaigns.
- Design and execute visual identities and layouts for both digital and print media, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence.
- Collaborate with marketing, production, and creative teams to drive projects from ideation to post-production, providing artistic direction and innovation.
- Review, refine, and deliver production-ready designs and animations, maintaining the highest quality standards across formats.
- Research and integrate emerging tools, animation techniques, and creative technologies to elevate visual storytelling and production value.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer and Motion Designer with expertise in both static and cinematic visual production.
- Proven experience creating 3D animations and short film-style video content for entertainment, commercials, or branded projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and professional 3D software such as Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max.
- Strong track record developing visual content from concept to completion across film, music, advertising, and multi-platform marketing.
- Familiarity with Out of home, Displays, billboards, commercials etc.
- National and International Campaigns experience.
- Portfolio showcasing storytelling through animation, motion graphics, branding, and creative direction.
- Deep understanding of visual design principles, including typography, composition, lighting, and color theory.
- Experience with video editing and familiarity with basic web/UX design (e.g., WordPress, UI/UX adjustments) is a plus.
- Ability to independently manage production timelines, communicate vision clearly, and deliver polished outcomes under deadlines.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,000 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
