Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Location: Brazil remote

· Work under the guidance of the Lead Consultant to implement and configure digital software products to meet defined requirements.

· Translate business and functional specifications into system configuration and setup steps.

· Create and maintain configuration guides, technical documentation, and internal process notes.

· Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting during solution deployment.

· Assist in data preparation, system integration setup, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

· Collaborate with internal teams such as product, QA, and development to ensure solution accuracy and consistency.

· Identify and communicate potential technical risks or improvement opportunities to the Lead Consultant.

· Maintain version control and update logs for configuration changes.

· Occasionally support in scripting, data import/export, or reporting tasks depending on the tools used.

Essential Requirements: 

· Bachelor’s degree.

· Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

· Effective written and verbal communication skills, especially in documenting work clearly.

· Familiarity with configuration of software platforms (SaaS, ERP, PLM, or similar systems).

· Understanding of software implementation lifecycle and change management processes.

· Proficiency with tools such as Excel, SQL, or other data manipulation platforms.

· Up to 25% travel required  

Beneficial: 

· Familiarity with MS Access and data analysis techniques a plus.

· Experience with food industries.
