Job DescriptionWe're looking for a Staff Product Engineer to lead the build-out of a HubSpot integration that connects our CRM to our core business platform, creating the sync layer that powers day-to-day operations and serves as the foundation for a growing family of internal integrations (ClickUp and more to follow).
You'll be the engineering lead on this project from day one: inheriting a code-complete Phase 1 (HubSpot Company → platform sync), taking it safely to production, and then architecting a configurable, bidirectional sync platform that everything after it builds on. You'll work directly with the Product Manager driving the initiative and with RevOps stakeholders, while leading a small engineering pod (targeting one staff, one mid-level, and one junior engineer) through a Q3/Q4 delivery roadmap.
