We need an English-fluent PART-TIME Full Stack Developer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.
Are you the one we are looking for?
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver features based on well-scoped tickets within our project management workflow (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Contribute directly to building the MVP version of our matchmaking platform.
- Integrate off-the-shelf tools (e.g., authentication SDKs, form libraries, and deployment services) into our custom app.
- Use GitHub for version control, code reviews, and documentation.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and AI specialists to build scalable, modular systems.
- Participate in architecture and roadmap feedback sessions.
- Communicate clearly and async-first in a lean, remote team environment.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of full-stack development experience (startup experience a major plus).
- Comfortable across the stack using React, Node.js, and Python.
- Familiar with platforms like Vercel and component systems like ShadCN/UI.
- Confident using GitHub, Copilot (or other AI dev tools), and standard CI/CD tools.
- Clear communicator, self-directed, and comfortable in lean startup environments.
- Care about code quality, documentation, and developer experience.
- GitHub profile or sample projects required.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this part-time (20H/W) position varies from (USD) $1,200 - $1,700 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
