We need an English-fluent Social Media Marketing Specialist, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Create, schedule, and manage engaging content that aligns with our brand and business goals.
• Focus on increasing engagement and visibility for each of our properties to enhance lead flow and lease signings.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content strategies and improve performance.
• Work closely with the sales and leasing teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
• Explore influencer collaborations and paid social strategies to expand reach and attract potential tenants.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to enhance marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience in social media marketing with a focus on engagement and lead generation.
• Expertise in platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
• Ability to create compelling social media content, including graphics, videos, and ad campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and refine marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

It´s a Plus:

• Track record of successfully growing social media presence and increasing website visits.
• Experience with paid social media advertising and influencer marketing.
• Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
• Familiarity with real estate or property marketing is a plus.
