We need an English-fluent PART- TIME Lead Generation Specialist, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Initiate and maintain new clients.
- Conduct outbound lead generation efforts through direct phone outreach to business owners.
- Execute cold calling campaigns based on a provided sales process and scripts.
- Identify and qualify potential leads for business acquisition opportunities.
- Engage with decision-makers and C-level executives professionally and effectively.
- Meet and exceed performance targets related to lead generation and appointment setting.
- The talent will handle different accounts.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years+ of proven experience in outbound lead generation, cold calling and emails.
- Experience engaging with U.S.-based business owners and C-level executives.
- Strong conversational skills with the ability to handle objections and build rapport.
- Self-motivated, tenacious, and results-driven mindset.
- C1 English is required.
- Experience with industries such as SaaS companies and project management services. (Plus)
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position as a part-time (10H/W) varies depending on seniority and skillset, from (USD) $400 - $600 per month (+ commissions).
- The first 30 days of contract are considered a trial period. The contract may be extended, for more hours/week, or even for full-time, based on performance.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
