We need an English-fluent Bookkeeper, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial records by managing accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P), ensuring accuracy and timely processing of transactions.
- Oversee payroll activities, including processing employee payments, tracking time records, and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations.
- Support HR functions.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for field crews, including booking accommodations, transportation, and managing travel schedules.
- Handle customer documentation requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of required records and compliance with company policies.
- Manage company records, organizing and maintaining confidential files, reports, and legal documents to ensure accessibility and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience as a bookkeeper using QuickBooks.
- Familiarity with A/R, A/P, and financial record-keeping.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and related activities.
- Expertise in administrative tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills. Detailed-oriented
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,200 - $1,700 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
