802 - Content Creator

We need an English-fluent Content Creator (part-time), based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy

• Develop compelling content for various channels, including:
  • Graphic content for social media, emails, and ads.
  • Ad copy and visuals for paid campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Email campaigns (2-4x per week), maintaining consistent tone and style.
  • Landing page content optimized for SEO and conversions.
  • Blog articles (1-2 per month) with expertise in executive groundtransportation.
  • Social media posts (2-4x per week), ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Sales collateral/one-pagers for the sales team.
• Research industry trends and audience preferences to inform content strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaign goals.

Social Media Management

• Create, schedule, and publish social media posts across platforms.
• Respond to comments, engage with followers, and foster meaningful connections.
• Monitor social media analytics and provide insights to improve engagement.

Project Management

• Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of all assets.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members as needed.
• Review and edit content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create sales materials.

Analytics & Optimization

• Track and report on key metrics such as social media engagement, email open rates, and blog traffic.
• Suggest improvements to content strategies based on data insights.

Requirements:

• Some experience in content creation, social media management, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong writing and editing skills for diverse formats (social, email, blogs, etc.).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their analytics tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and email marketing tools.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Creative thinker who can craft engaging, on-brand content.
