We need an English-fluent PART TIME Process Lead, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

Responsibilities:
- Develop process maps that highlight high-stakes operational workflows, identifying areas where AI and automation can enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Support the AI Policy Lead in facilitating stakeholder discussions by asking insightful questions that connect business actions to AI-driven opportunities.
- Identify key business capabilities and processes that will benefit most from AI adoption, ensuring that AI policy addresses both current operations and future innovation.
- Ensure that AI policy recommendations align with regulatory requirements, mapping compliance considerations to existing and future AI-driven processes.
- Provide structured recommendations on AI readiness, process automation, and governance structures, ensuring that policies remain practical and scalable.
- Develop risk assessment templates, compliance checklists, and AI implementation guidelines to support policy adoption.
- Reading and analyzing materials is a fundamental part of the role.
- Aligned with customer requirements, the validation approach is a recognized method for AI testing, with opportunities for further refinement.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in process improvement or workflow analysis.
- Strong expertise in business process mapping, automation readiness assessment, and operational risk analysis.
- Proficiency in Python scripting.
- Comfortable working with AI-related tasks.
- Ability to identify AI and automation opportunities that align with business value and compliance requirements, including reading regulations, refining prompts, and categorizing outputs to develop AI policies.
- Familiarity with financial services regulations and risk management.
- Experience with analytics or data governance to enhance business analysis is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect business actions to potential analytics improvements.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, particularly in presenting process optimization opportunities.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position as a part time (20H/W) varies from (USD) $700 - $1,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This opportunity is for a 5-month period, with the potential for a long-term contract extension based on performance.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
