We need an English-fluent C# .NET Developer, based in Colombia or Mexico, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize applications using C# .NET and Object-Oriented Programming principles.
- Work with Predictive Assessment tools to improve system functionality and decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, implement, and test software solutions.
- Integrate and manage SQL databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Utilize jQuery and JavaScript to enhance user interfaces and system interactivity.
- Ensure software quality and performance through coding tests and best practices.
- Apply insurance industry knowledge, especially in back-office operations, to develop tailored solutions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in software development with expertise in C# .NET.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Experience working with Predictive Assessment methodologies.
- Proficiency in jQuery, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Familiarity with insurance concepts, particularly back-office operations, is preferred.
- Ability to complete and pass a coding test as part of the hiring process.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,500 - $4,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
