We need an English-fluent Backend engineer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems for advertising and audience features of our
- platform, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Work with the marketing team to support the technical aspects of our platform.
- Development of our advertising platform integrations.
- Collaborate with product development teams to understand technical specifications and unique selling points of products.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, addressing any issues to ensure uninterrupted
- campaign execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve backend processes.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting and segmentation.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Ruby, Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with database management, API development, and system integrations.
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other third party integrations platforms is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent understanding of software design principles, algorithms, and data structures.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,500 - $2,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
