We need an English-fluent Staff Accountant, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the accounting team on a daily basis.
- Assist with financial reporting and external audit preparation.
- Help oversee the daily transaction processing for various accounting functions.
- Contribute to a variety of tasks to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Gain plenty of opportunities for learning, development, and career advancement.
Have well-defined primary and secondary responsibilities to keep you challenged.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a financial accounting role, or demonstrated success in managing multiple transaction processing areas.
- Strong technical skills in GAAP accounting.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in a multi-unit retail, restaurant, or entertainment environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with Vista Cinema for Box Office Sales, Toast for F&B POS, Restaurant 365 for inventory control, back-office processing, and financial reporting, and ADP for payroll and HR is a plus.
- The ability to communicate effectively with staff and peers.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $800 - $2,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
