Job Description
- Review data from a 7-day audio listening diary and key/transfer information (postmark date, qualitative yes/no checkbox answers, age, zip code, start time, stop time, station information, band and/or location) to a Nielsen database
- Understand, interpret, and follow a complex set of business rules and procedures
- Flag entries with invalid or ambiguous information for further review as defined by policy guidelines
- Manage assigned workload and adapt to reprioritization as necessary
- Adhere to quality and productivity goals
- Understand production workflow and daily deadlines
- Assist with special projects as needed to meet critical operations and/or client concerns
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalency (prefer Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree)
- 1 year experience in a production or related environment preferred
- Proven data entry skills and experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong reading comprehension for documented procedures
- Computer and typing skills (data entry)
- Ability to prioritize and organize
- Proven accuracy and execution, with ability to follow explicit instructions
- Ability to work in a fast paced production environment and meet delivery deadlines
- Must have a stable internet connection and ability to work from home in a quiet setting
