Join our ME Elecmetal team with starting wages that total 70k plus a year producing critical track pads that support the Artemis launch program right here in Duluth. What You’ll Do- Work safely in a fast-paced metal foundry environment
- Support production operations such as molding, melting, pouring, finishing, grinding, and inspection.
- Operate tools, equipment, and machinery used in foundry manufacturing
- Maintain quality standards and follow work instructions
- Work as part of a team committed to safety, reliability, and high performance
- Previous military, foundry, construction, heavy industrial, or manufacturing experience is preferred
- Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and commitment to safety
- Ability to work in a demanding environment, including heat, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow into greater responsibility
- Pride in doing quality work and contributing to a strong team culture
