Located in the heart of Central Ohio, Illuminate USA is transforming solar panel manufacturing from our cutting-edge facility in Pataskala. As a new standalone joint venture established by two global leaders in renewable energy, we’ve rapidly grown to over 1,500 associates and are now fully operational in our 1.1 million-square-foot factory. The ideal candidate will have experience in various administrative tasks in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on production employee attendance tracking, HR and Admin coordination, workshop 6S activities, employee feedback collection, and general clerical work. Responsibilities:
Production Employee Attendance Tracking:
- Implement and manage a comprehensive system for tracking production employee attendance.
- Generate reports and analyze attendance data to identify trends and address issues promptly.
HR and Admin Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between production employees and the HR and Admin departments.
- Facilitate communication and assist in the resolution of employee-related matters.
Workshop 6S Activities Coordinator:
- Organize and coordinate 6S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) activities in the workshop.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient working environment.
Employee Feedback Collection:
- Develop and implement mechanisms to collect feedback from employees.
- Compile and analyze feedback data to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
General Clerical Work:
- Perform routine clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and handling general administrative duties.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with HR processes and employee relations.
- Knowledge of 6S principles and experience coordinating related activities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
