Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data collection, cleansing, and preprocessing to ensure high-quality data for analysis.
- Utilize statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business insights.
- Create interactive dashboards and reporting solutions that effectively communicate data trends and findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
- Participate in the design, development, and implementation of data management frameworks.
- Continuously monitor performance metrics and optimize data processes.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R is highly desirable.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
